Cap and cove flooring takes the safety vinyl up the wall as a curved, sealed skirting, finished with a capping strip. With no sharp corner between floor and wall, there is nowhere for dirt and water to collect, which is why coved vinyl is chosen where cleaning and hygiene matter.

We install complete coved safety floors, from preparing the sub-floor to forming the cove, fitting the capping and hot-welding every seam. Each job is planned around how the room is used, how it is cleaned and how much water it sees.

Repairs to damaged coved flooring.
Most coved floors fail in a few predictable places. We repair the damaged area and hot-weld it back into the surrounding floor, so the rest of the room stays in use.

Wet room vinyl flooring.
In a wet room the floor and cove work together to keep water in the room. We install and repair wet room vinyl flooring, including the cove, the falls to the drain and the detailing around gullies, linear drains and pipework.
Where a wet room is already leaking or has lifted, we will tell you honestly whether a repair is sensible or whether the floor needs replacing.
When repair makes sense, and when it doesn't.
Repair is usually the better option when the damage is local, the rest of the floor is sound and well bonded, and matching material is available. It costs less, takes less time and keeps rooms in use.
Replacement is usually the better option when the floor is lifting across large areas, the sub-floor is wet or failing, the vinyl has worn through widely, or the room is being refurbished anyway. From your photos we will tell you which applies before quoting.
